Paul Higdon has spent his entire career involved in personal injury litigation. Higdon is devoted to creating the biggest impact possible in this area of law and using his skills to improve the lives of others.Paul Higdon was born in Lubbock, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University to receive his BBA in 1983 and continued on to the Texas Tech School of Law, receiving his law degree in 1986. Higdon has bar admissions in all Texas State and Federal courts, and has received awards from the Legal Research Board and the National Moot Court Team.
Higdon is actively involved in statewide trial practice, having taken jury verdicts in Harris, Montgomery, Galveston, Victoria, Ft. Bend, Jefferson, Tarrant, Dallas, Midland, Ector, Reeves, Hidalgo, Jim Wells and Cameron counties. He has successfully handled numerous other cases to completion in other counties throughout the state, as well as appeals at both the State and Federal levels.
Higdon is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, The American Association for Justice, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit.
Roger Sullivan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wabash College in 1998, and continued on the receive his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001. Sullivan has been a licensed attorney since 2001 and is board certified in personal injury trial law.
Sullivan began his legal career in 2001 as a personal defense lawyer working for insurance carriers defending the negligent acts of their insured. In 2004, after gaining experience and knowlege of the insurance industry, Sullivan switched his practice towards representing those victimized by the negligent acts of others.
Since modifying his area of practice, Roger has obtained many significant settlements for his clients. He has also obtained many substantial verdicts on behalf of his clients when insurance carriers refused to make reasonable offers of settlement to them.
Sullivan was selected by Thomson Reuter service as the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015 and 2016, Houstonia Magazine’s Top Lawyers in 2015, and the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys Client Satisfaction Award in 2014. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors, and the American Access to Justice.
Luis Garcia received his Bachelor of Political Science and Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. He is a licensed attorney in Puerto Rico and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He has been working with Higdon Lawyers since October 2015.
